Players should receive a call from their coach by Wednesday, July 28.  Flag players may not receive a call until next week.  If you have registered and paid but have not been contacted by Friday, July 30, please contact us to let us know. 

JULY 31:  Physicals

Location: Dr. Truman Perry's Office-121 Bishop Street-Corbin

Time: 10:00am to 12:00 PM

Cost:  $10.00

Players must provide the league with a copy of their physical to receive equipment.  DO NOT provide Original.  We will not return our copy or be able to make copies.  If you need it for future use, be sure to keep the original.

If you go to your own doctor for a physical they should have the necessary forms.  You can find the KHSAA physical/consent forms at the following link:  http://www.khsaa.org/forms/ge04.doc

July 31:  Equipment Day  

The pick-up location is the same as last year at 202 South Stewart Road in Corbin.  The Corbin Walmart is located at the corner of Hwy 25E and South Stewart Rd.  Turn on to South Stewart and proceed up the hill towards the Cumberland Gap Parkway Flea Market.  The warehouse is located behind Ona Whim Antiques on the left opposite the Flea Market.  Turn into the Antique Store entrance and drive all the way around to the back.  There will be TCSA sign-up signs posted on the fence at the entrance to help identify the location.  Please try to arrive during your scheduled time.  

Make-up days are TBA at a later date.

League Notes:

Deadline for determining league eligibility is August 1. Whatever age you are on August 1 is the age group you will play with during the season. If you turn 10 on August 1, you will play in Little League. If you turn 13 on August 1, you will not be eligible to play in the league.

Flag League: 5 to 7 Year Olds

Junior League: 8 & 9 Year Olds

Little league: 10 to 12 Year Olds
